Concierge Team Contest

Theatre is where Chicago bares its fearless soul. We appreciate all that the Chicago concierge community does to support our local theatre community. To thank you, we are excited to launch our first-ever Hot Tix Concierge Team Contest! Just in time for the Year of Chicago Theatre, the concierge team with the most points at the end of each month will receive a feature on Hot Tix’s social media accounts.

Ways to Accrue Points:

1) Customer purchases at least one ticket in-person at Hot Tix: 1 point*

2) Concierge calls us and books for the customer over the phone: 2 points

3) The hotel/company shares about Hot Tix on social media and tags us in the post [Instagram: @hottixchicago, Facebook and Twitter: @HotTix]: 3 points

*If you send a customer our way to purchase tickets in-person, please give them your card or a flyer from the hotel so we know where they heard about Hot Tix.
