Valkyrie Ensemble presents an all-femme production of G.F. Handel’s glittering Baroque gem Acis & Galatea. Acis loves the water nymph Galatea. Galatea loves Acis. But the jealous Polyphemus stands in their way of happiness. Based on a mythological story, this production moves the action poolside where the comedy and drama of young love unfolds under the summer sun.
