The Humans
The Humans

Show Information
Erik Blake brings his Pennsylvania-based family to New York City to celebrate Thanksgiving at the new apartment of his younger daughter, Brigid, and her boyfriend, Richard. As night falls outside, the family gathers for dinner. What begins as a standard holiday reunion slowly unravels as underlying tensions, financial anxieties, health struggles, and deep-seated fears come to the surface. Meanwhile, unsettling, mysterious noises (“bumps in the night”) echo through the aging duplex, giving the realistic family drama a subtle, eerie tone reminiscent of a psychological thriller.
